FAQ

Q: Can I order more than one item to choose the design I like? 

A: Yes you can order up to 4 simlar items for comparison in each category. We encourage you to do this if you are not sure which item you'd prefer. You can have a full refund for any or all of these items, excluding postage, if we receive the returns back within 2 weeks of receipt. It is advisable to send any returns back to us Recorded Delivery.


Q: How soon can you deliver?

A: We aim to keep everything in stock and can usually post within 3-5 days of order – should the item(s) you order not be in stock, we will normally contact you within 24 hours and advise you of delivery. You are welcome to call us on 0845 543 9049 between 10.00 – 2.00 Tues-Sat to check stock or discuss your order.

Q: How will be goods be packaged?

A: We package all tiaras and combs in a clear acetate box with black tissue. The jewellery comes in a black matt jewellery box.


Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: We normally charge £4.50 per item, plus £0.50 per extra item, capped at £10.00 total, within the UK for Recorded Delivery (1st Class) – for postage outside UK we charge £8.00 per item and £1.50 per extra item, capped at £15.00 total.


Q: What is your returns policy?

A: You can return any item for a full refund, excluding postage, if we receive the goods back within 2 weeks of receipt. It is advisable to send returns back to us Recorded Delivery. See our full terms and conditions for details.
