Q: Can I order more than one item to choose the design I like? 

A: Yes we can offer this for the jewellery items only such as tiaras and you can order up to 4 simlar items for comparison in each category. We do not offer this service for wedding favours and similar decoration items, confectionary etc. We encourage you to do this if you are not sure which item you’d prefer. You can have a full refund for any or all of these items, excluding postage, if we receive the returns back within 2 weeks of receipt. It is advisable to send any returns back to us Recorded Delivery.
Q: How soon can you deliver?

A: We aim to keep most items in stock and can usually post within 3-5 days of order, so please allow another day (or so on occasions) for the time it takes for 1st class post. On rare occasions delivery may take a little longer due to specialised items, staff holidays, postal delays or where an item of stock has been inspected and found to be damaged or less than perfect before posting. With this is mind please be prepared for deliveries to take up to 28 days on occasions. Should the item(s) you order not be in stock, or have recently become unobtainable, we will normally contact you within 48 hours and advise you of delivery.

Q: How will be goods be packaged?

A: We package all tiaras and combs in a clear acetate box with black tissue. The jewellery comes in a black matt jewellery box. Most favours and similar items are sent in plain boxes.
Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: We normally charge £4.99 per small order, and FREE on orders over £49.99 in mainland UK. (1st Class).
Q: What is your returns policy?

A: You can return any item for a full refund, excluding postage, if we receive the goods back within 2 weeks of receipt. It is advisable to send returns back to us Recorded Delivery. See our full terms and conditions for details.
